Ejection behavior: effective and clean

The ATRA elevator bucket made of high-quality polyurethane (commonly known as a plastic bucket) shows its particular strength when ejected: The material deforms in a targeted and controlled manner so that adhering bulk material is reliably ejected.This intelligent self-cleaning effect reduces caking to a minimum - a clear advantage when conveying challenging bulk materials such as moist sand, recycled concrete or other sticky materials.

More efficient than steel cups

Steel buckets tend to accumulate material inside - so-called incrustations form. Over time, these deposits significantly reduce the usable volume of the bucket. Due to the delayed emptying, some of the conveyed material does not reach the discharge as intended, but falls back into the elevator shaft in an uncontrolled manner. The result: significantly reduced conveying capacity and additional effort for cleaning or maintenance work on the system. These problems do not occur with the ATRA elevator bucket.
